AARZ with its offices in Islamabad, and Lahore has started to offer its services for the consumers, real estate agents and the developers as a competitive, smart, and flexible alternative for property listing, search, marketing and connectivity between the buyer, seller and the intermediary parties.

SEO Specialist

AARZ is looking for an “SEO Specialist”. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for implementing SEO and social media strategies for clients.

Key Functional Areas of Responsibility

• Perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.
• Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
• Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific.
• Administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools) for purposes of diagnostic reporting on client projects
• Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers)
• Implement link building campaigns in coordination with client SEO goals
• Assist in development and execution of communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with SEO goals
• Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments
• Research and administer social media tools in support of clients’ social media strategy
• Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals
• Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
• Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results

Professional Skills & Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tool
• Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, etc)
• Experience working with CMS and building/administering content in CMS environments
• Desired: Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administrations
• BS/BA degree preferred

Mid-Level PHP Developer

AARZ is seeking mid-level PHP Developers, with knowledge and experience in PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and AJAX.

Specific job responsibilities include:

• Working knowledge of web technologies on LAMP stack environment.
• Write server-side web application logic.
• Develop back-end components.
• Manage interchange of data between users and the server.
• Define and maintain the central database.
• Integrate user-facing elements by front-end developers.
• Integrate data storage solutions.
• Working with the development team to integrate solutions into web-based databases
• Using a PHP framework, create, update and manage pages/functions to improve the code.
• Create, update and manage database content.
• Manage users, file uploads, and records.
• Optimizing code to improve existing content
• Solve complex performance challenges.

Qualifications

Product Manager

AARZ with its vision to become the most trusted one-stop-shop for anything real estate in Kenya is looking for a rock-solid Product Manager to take on the development of the real estate platform and digital site and mobile experiences. As part of the AARZ product management team, you will be working directly with our Chief Customer Officer who has a multitude of sales, consulting and product management experience with Fortune 500 across the globe. You will also be a key driver for our customer focus, technology vision, and the operational excellence.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for product and platform strategy and its roadmap. We will assign a small development team to work for you in for successful delivery of the roadmap following agile framework. You will be breathing the product day-in and day-out.

• Perform industry research.
• Collaborate with the sales and call center team to understand the pain points of internal stakeholders as well as customer feedback.
• Understand the customer interactional channels their personas.
• Develop a point of view on customers and the local and international real estate market to firm up product strategy.
• Work with UI/UX team to ensure frictionless customer experience.
• Develop strategy for key steps of the real estate customer lifecycle journey and build roadmaps (listing creation, search/discovery, listing page content, connectivity tools, and data science insights).
• Work with software developers and engineering SME’s to understand engineering constraints and platform performance challenges.
• Keep key business and product performance metrics on the fingertips, every day.
• Develop requirement documents, and write JIRA stories.
• On-going leadership communication and reporting.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in computer science or a related field with passion for technology and innovation (MBA or a business qualification is a plus).
• 4-years of minimum experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
• Curious and wants to be the difference maker in creating great products.
• Understand customers and their digital lifecycle.
• Good understanding of software development, agile and program management.
• Ability to write requirements, and user stories.
• Ready to own a product and stay accountable while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Eye for excellence in general and in specific for UI/UX.
• Ability to prioritize intelligently based on the business need and the customer value.
• Love data, and wants to deliver data-driven product capabilities.
• Understand basics of data sciences and how it can be leveraged to make it easy for our end customers.
• Must be good at PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
